Aro’a Beachside Inn is a small beachfront resort with just 12 units, 9 Beachside Deluxe, 3 Oceanview Studios.
(2 x Beachside Deluxe units are purpose built for the handicapped traveller)
All units are self-catering and decorated with island style furnishings and enjoy a close lagoon view from the deck areas.
Room rates include daily tropical breakfast, free use of kayaks, snorkelling gear/reef shoes, paddle boards, bicycles, daily maid service, room starter pack and fruit basket, welcome cocktail at the Shipwreck Hut.
For the travellers who can’t leave their computer at home, the resort is a wifi hotspot. For the relaxing traveller there is a guest library, hammocks, and sunloungers.
The Shipwreck Hut is a well stocked bar with unique ‘jam jar’ cocktails and great pub meals. Relax and enjoy a cocktail on the beach watching the sunset or whales when in season.
Twice weekly are BBQ nights with great food and local entertainment. Thursday evenings is cocktail music with food from the pub meals menu.
The property is approx. 12 km from the airport and 15 km from Avarua town centre. Local convenience stores are within walking distance, bus stops at the gate.
