The Round Rarotonga Road Race (RRRR) caters for everyone including families, social, recreational and competitive runners who like to enjoy sandy white beaches, turquoise lagoons and lush tropical hilly terrain in this unique and scenically beautiful environment.

The Round Rarotonga Road Race celebrates its 42nd Anniversary with its annual week-long event in September 2019 held on the beautiful tropical island of Rarotonga. REGISTER TODAY!

This is a fantastic opportunity to combine a holiday with a once in a lifetime sporting achievement....and the kids will LOVE IT!

The main event is the 31km round island road race, but if you're not up for that there's a 10km run less than half way around Rarotonga that is available to those wanting a shorter distance. You can choose to attend our other events like the Local Fun Run, Hash House Harriers Birthday run, Round Rock teams relay, or the totally mad Nutters Cross Island Run

The Nutters Cross Island Run, which starts in Titikaveka and heads over mountain ridges, across rugged valleys and riverbeds down to the Avatiu Coastline. This particular run however, is not for the fainthearted and with the record still unbeaten at 45 minutes, promises to be an exciting challenge and a great spectator event. Some races have ‘themes’, while some have a bit of dress-up fun.
