To all our rugby families this is a must-do on your bucket list to enjoy a safe, happy, fun-filled, action-packed Rugby 7s Tournament for everyone - players and supporters!  

This year we celebrate 33 years of the RARO 7s Tournament (previously called International 7s in Heaven) since its inception in 1989. Since Rugby turned professional the RARO 7s are one of the only 7s tournaments in the region that has survived. The tournament has been attended by 7s icons like; Eric Rush, Jonah Lomu, Waisale Serevi, Orene A’ii, Glen Osbourne, and many other mainly NZ 7s stars. It continues to survive during the professional era due to the rugby-loving community and our overseas teams who continue to visit the beautiful island and people of Rarotonga.
