Digital Marketing Coordinator (2 vacancies)
What you’ll do
Supporting the Digital Manager, you’ll help grow and support our digital presence through strong content, channel execution, and performance tracking. This includes:
- Creating and scheduling engaging digital content (articles, blogs, visuals, video, and more)
- Supporting social media execution and community engagement (including monitoring and responses)
- Helping keep our websites fresh, relevant, and aligned with our wider digital strategy (including SEO support)
- Supporting EDM/email marketing and other digital channels
- Assisting with corporate/brand communications content and consistency across channels
- Helping analyse performance across content, web, and social, and turning insights into improvements
What we’re looking for
A great fit for this role typically brings:
- A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., marketing, digital technology, communications, business)
- 2+ years experience across areas like marketing, content creation, web/digital, digital advertising, social media, and/or data analysis
- Strong organisation and the ability to meet deadlines
- Confident written communication and proofreading skills
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently when needed
Bonus points if you’ve worked with content and marketing tools (e.g., design/content platforms and CRM/content libraries) and enjoy learning new digital systems.
Trade Coordinator (1 vacancy)
What you’ll do
Supporting the Trade Manager, you’ll help connect global trade opportunities with our local industry and showcase the Cook Islands tourism product internationally. This includes:
- Coordinating immersive familiarisation (famil) programmes for trade/media/industry (including itineraries and industry coordination)
- Supporting trade and industry promotions, incentives, and partnership activity
- Helping develop and deliver campaigns and collateral that support market needs
- Supporting trade training and education (including assisting with workshops/webinars when required)
- Assisting with trade and consumer show planning and coordination (including point-of-sale materials)
- Helping gather insights, support product development thinking, and contribute to reporting/analysis
- Supporting stakeholder relationships across industry and partner groups, and helping share market intelligence
What we’re looking for
A great fit for this role typically brings:
- A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., tourism, marketing, business management)
- 3+ years experience in areas like tourism marketing, business development, communications, problem-solving, and/or multitasking across projects
- Strong stakeholder relationship skills and confidence working with a wide mix of partners
- Excellent organisation and the ability to prioritise in a busy environment
- Clear written and verbal communication (including public-facing confidence)
- Strong attention to detail, budget-awareness, and the ability to follow through
Experience in event coordination and familiarity with the travel trade is an advantage.
