Serenity Villas is an adults-only boutique beachfront retreat on Rarotonga's stunning western sunset coast, designed exclusively for couples seeking privacy, relaxation, and a peaceful island escape.

With just seven villas, the property offers an intimate atmosphere where the swimming pool, beachfront, and tropical gardens are reserved exclusively for in-house guests. Choose from three unique villa styles—Beachfront, Garden, or the spacious Grand Garden Villas—each thoughtfully designed for effortless indoor-outdoor living.

Every villa features air conditioning, a luxurious indoor bathroom, a private outdoor garden shower, and a spacious covered verandah overlooking either the lagoon or lush tropical gardens. Spend your days unwinding by the pool, relaxing on a hammock beneath the coconut palms, kayaking in the lagoon, or enjoying one of Rarotonga's spectacular sunsets from your beachfront lounger.

Serenity Villas is proudly Mana Tiaki eco-certified, recognising its commitment to sustainable tourism. The property is powered in part by solar energy and provides complimentary triple-filtered, UV-treated drinking water throughout the resort, helping reduce single-use plastics. Fast Starlink Wi-Fi is also available across the property.

Accommodation

Serenity Villas offers seven self-contained villas across three accommodation types:

Beachfront Villas – Just steps from the lagoon with uninterrupted ocean views.
Garden Villas – Nestled amongst lush tropical gardens for added privacy.
Grand Garden Villas – The largest accommodation option, ideal for couples wanting additional space or up to four guests.

Each villa includes a Super King bed with quality linen, a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, a private outdoor rain-head garden shower, and a fully equipped kitchenette featuring a large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, mini bench oven, portable electric frying pan, rice cooker, and all essential cookware and utensils.

Guests are welcomed with a complimentary starter pack including fresh milk, tea, coffee, sugar, and bathroom amenities. For quieter evenings, villas also include books, DVDs, CDs, and board games.

A shared Weber BBQ is available for self-catering, while the Anchorage Restaurant & Bar is conveniently located at the end of the driveway for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A popular local bakery is also just across the road.
