On Saturday, The Edgewater Resort & Spa puts on a fantastic hour long cultural dance show by the Resort's own Panara Boys Band and Ta'akoka Dance Troupe. Alongside this performance is an umukai feast, featuring: 

• Rukau (creamed young taro leaves)
• Local pink potato salad
• Ika Mata (raw fish marinated in lime juice served with coconut cream)
• Dessert buffet featuring the Resort's famous Bomb Alaska
