Abera’s Aitutaki Villas is a boutique beach front property. With the white sands of the beach only moments from your villa, and the inviting turquoise waters just a few steps further. See amazing sunsets from the guest only pool, or while dining on the deck of your Villa. 

Our two 48sqm villas are modern and spacious, with fully equipped kitchen, lounge area with 3-seater couch and TV. Each villa has a separate air-conditioned bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Enjoy the complimentary tea or Coffee (Pods with machine) while gazing out to the world’s most beautiful lagoon. With our guest only pool, you can relax in the water, or get your tan lounging beside the pool. 

Only a short 5 minute drive from the airport, and with restaurants, takeaways, and convenience stores all within a short walking distance, there is not much more you could ask for. We are a small family owned and operated business and take pride in ensuring our guests are cared for, and enjoy their stay on Aitutaki. 

Our modern one room villa opens onto the pool area with BBQ, outdoor shower, loungers, and more. Relax poolside and enjoy the sun, warmth, and ocean view. Walk a few meters and you are on the Private beach with access to our kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, beach furniture, and of course the bright turquoise lagoon, and view to the surrounding reef. 

Villa has separate bathroom with shower, hair dryer and free toiletries. One bedroom, lounge area, kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer and stovetop, and a dining area with views to the lagoon.
