This private residence owned by a New Zealand family has spacious open plan living, dining, a well-equipped kitchen and pantry opening onto a very generous outdoor covered balcony - the best of both worlds- outside, but protected from the elements should it rain.
Plus 5 bedrooms, 3 ensuite bathrooms, 5 toilets, an attached garage with laundry facilities, a storeroom for luggage, all in all, it’s a generously sized property.
 
Outdoor furniture on the covered deck has tables with seating for 12, a lounge suite for relaxing while watching the surf breaking on the coral reef or catching the evening sunsets which are amongst the best in the world,  plus a family-sized Weber BBQ for your convenience should you wish to cook. It’s a wonderful space and a lot of living is done here.
 
The Villa has 5 bedrooms and sleeps, 10 people.
The master has its own ensuite and walk-in wardrobe and the other 4 bedrooms have 2 bathrooms between them which are well-appointed.
All bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, insect screens on the ranch slider doors and built-in wardrobes and drawers. Each room faces the sea, the afternoon sun and evening sunsets and opens out onto a covered deck/verandah, beyond which is the pool area.
 
Around the saltwater pool are sun loungers, tables and umbrellas, alongside is a spa in the gazebo.
For guests' ease, there is an outdoor toilet and shower also, plus a sheltered clothesline hidden from view.
 
Red Sunset Villa is within easy distance of a stunning array of restaurants and cafes, takeaway outlets, a small grocery store, a rental car agency, a local dive centre and an ATM.

The use of American oak joinery, tiling and architectural touches in keeping with the location, gives the house a unique alluring charm and the owners have done their best to provide anyone who stays there a happy time  - whether it be with family, friends, a couple or by yourself.
The Villa is configured in such a way that a couple or one person could happily stay at the house and not feel swamped by its size, as the master bedroom area is alongside the open plan living, meaning one doesn’t really need to use the rest of the house.  The owners find this a good feature.
