First round of Cook Islands Quality Assured (CIQA) assessments will be taking place next month.

Cook Islands Tourism is pleased to announce that the first round of Cook Islands Quality Assured (CIQA) assessments will be taking place next month. The assessments will be conducted by an independent international assessor who will be on island for about 10 days.

Assessments will be done for all sectors except the marine sector.

CI Tourism will be in touch directly with businesses who have completed the preliminary process to confirm schedule times. Businesses who have not yet completed the preliminary process should do so as soon as possible. Click here to learn more about how you can become Cook Islands Quality Assured.

The CIQA program is designed to help businesses in the Cook Islands meet international standards of quality and service. Businesses that achieve CIQA accreditation will be able to demonstrate to their customers that they are committed to providing a high-quality tourism experience.

If you have any questions about the CIQA program, please contact Tina Kae at [email protected] or +682 29435.
