Cook Islands Tertiary Training Institute in partnership with Cook Islands Tourism Corporation are pleased to offer an accredited FREE Customer Service programme. The Kia Orana Service course dates for November – December are out so you and your staff can register now to get involved. 

Topics include Kia Orana Values, First Approach, Customer Connection, Providing Service, Customer Communications, Understanding customers and steps to complaints handling. Participants who have completed the course have enjoyed doing so, they have commented on how it is such a fantastic refresher course that is suitable for all occupations and encourage all to get involved.
