The Cook Islands Tourism Leadership Programme marked an exciting milestone this week as its newest recipients, Eitiare Watson and Pierson Tupou had the opportunity to meet Addrienne Hosking-Tinirau, Air New Zealand’s Country Manager - Cook Islands.

As one of the programme’s key partners, Air New Zealand plays a vital role in supporting career development in the tourism sector. Meeting Addrienne gave the recipients valuable insights into leadership at a high level — and what it takes to thrive in one of the region’s most dynamic industries.

From customer service to behind-the-scenes operations, the programme is already giving them a solid foundation — and a deeper appreciation of what goes into a world-class visitor experience.
