The Kia Orana Series courses cover a variety of topics that are essential for working in the tourism industry, including Kia Orana Values, customer service, complaints handling, food & beverage service, and housekeeping. Other topics, such as food safety, security and host responsibilities, will be added to the series in the future.

Cook Islands Tourism CEO Karla Eggelton said that the agreement is a great example of how two organisations can work together to benefit the community.
