Day 1: Embrace Cook Islands culture

Delve into the essence of the local culture and history through experiencing it for yourself. Absorb a cultural show of Cook Islands dancing, pulsating drumming, beautiful music and storytelling. Participate in the traditional practices that will be carried out, and develop a deeper sense of connection to the Cook Islands.

Day 2: Explore underwater

Scuba diving today will literally be an in-depth experience, and water safety guaranteed with PADI Instructors taking the lead. Diving spots are easy to reach where you’ll get to swim with sharks, rays, coral gardens, colourful fish and turtles in stunningly translucent waters. Diving in Rarotonga is suitable for beginners to advanced, and you have the opportunity to get certified.

Day 3: Take to the heights

Ascend through the evergreen mountain treks of Rarotonga with a guided tour. Get amongst and learn about flora and fauna, receive history lessons, fill your lungs with much needed fresh air and take pleasure in spectacular views. Fresh fruit and light refreshments are also provided.

Day 4: Party Bus

Hop on the Party Bus tonight and get ready to dance the night away. This is the best way to meet new people and experience the nightlife in Rarotonga. Expect great sounds pumping, hilarious guides who will ensure you have an enjoyable and safe night, and a visit to all the cool bars. The Party Bus will pick you up, and drop you off at the end of the night. Fun, exciting and safe.

Day 5: Progressive Dinner - Through local homes

Progress through 3 dinners, each hosted by a different local family who will be offering their own unique Cook Islands hospitality and local cuisine. The Progressive dinner allows you to experience the true spirit of culture and lifestyle by dining in these local homes. Enjoy stories shared by your hosts, walk through the idyllic gardens and relax to the music played by your hosts.

Day 6: Explore Rarotonga’s interior

Today’s thrilling tour through the muddy and rocky terrains of inland Rarotonga will be the ride of your life. Your experienced guides will lead you off road, enticing the dirt rider in you. Learn more about Rarotonga’s history on the way, and visit the famous Papua waterfall.
