Cook Islands Tourism, in partnership with CITTI, recently delivered the Kia Orana Series course to businesses in Aitutaki. Rose Akava, the course tutor, spent last week on the island upskilling participants on essential customer service skills. The course covered topics like maintaining a positive attitude while interacting with customers and effectively addressing their concerns. The programme was well received in Aitutaki, attracting over 100 participants, all benefiting from this free training initiative. The programme will roll out to Atiu in the next few weeks.
