Te Mire Ura is the annual Dancer of the Year Competition held on the island of Rarotonga between the months of March through to April.Te Mire Ura, the Dancer Of The Year Competition held on the island of Rarotonga at the National Auditorium. This is probably one of the best way's for visitors to experience an entertaining evening of high level Cook Islands dancing. Winners are chosen based on their level of technique, choreography and creativity of their costumes. Definitely an event not to be missed when you are on the island!

“Together as One, we move our Nation”…..“ Kia okotai tatou, ka arangatu te Ipukarea” The Cook Islands Games 2022 will see athletes young and old, competing against each other in 25 sports, with a trophy awarded to the overall champion Island. It is a sporting festival that ignites passion, builds character, connects people and bonds Cook Islanders.
