This is an absolute beachfront 4-bedroom house located right on Tikioki beach, Titikaveka, Rarotonga. Fabulous views of the ocean with fantastic snorkelling, swimming, paddle boarding and kitesurfing.

The house boasts 4 large bedrooms all with views to the water. The downstairs bedroom with en-suite has a large comfy king bed and air-conditioning. There is an additional toilet downstairs located next to the laundry which boasts a water saving front loading washer.

Downstairs has been designed with tropical open planned living in mind. There is a large flat screen TV with local free to air TV station, we also provide a hard drive full of movies for your convenience, there is also a blue tooth stereo with surrounds to enjoy your music. There are large sliding doors opening to both a front and back deck with ample seating for 8+ people.

The large sliders are designed to make the most of the awesome beach and sea views and the high ceilings just add to the spacious feel of the house.

A Weber BBQ is provided along with snorkel gear, kayaks and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms sharing a large bathroom.  2 bedrooms with queen sized beds and the other with a super king which can be split into 2 single beds.
