Set in one of Aitutaki’s most picturesque locations, One Foot Island Hideaway or McBirney House is a two story cabin complete with shower/toilet, self catering facilities and spacious deck.

The property is located in a secluded tropical island retreat on stunning One Foot Island – an uninhabited offshore island. The cabin can take up to 6 adults. Accommodation is basic with mattresses provided for sleeping.

No one lives permanently on One Foot Island. Apart from local fishermen who sometimes visit the island at night, there will not be any one else around after the last lagoon cruise operator leaves for the mainland. Be prepared for complete isolation and utter relaxation.

Directly overlooking the lagoon, the property is set amongst palm trees, unspoilt white sand beaches with an exceptional view to the lagoons offshore islands or motus. Those wanting to experience this beautiful setting will need to book a Lagoon Cruise across to the island.
