OUR CABANAS

Comfortable and Welcoming 

Our Cabanas feature a king bed & a single bed that can accommodate up to 3 guests. A child under 12 travelling with parents stay for free.  Each Cabana presents an ensuite with a shower, toilet, vanity and complimentary toiletries.

Tropical Sands has four spacious, self catering beach houses with large verandas in a secluded tropical setting on the oceanfront. All have lovely views of Te Moana Nui a Kiva, the Great Pacific Ocean, and from your deck you will enjoy the beauty of the rising sun and inland views of lush green mountains.

KOTA'A NUI OCEAN BEACH STUDIO 

Right on the beach front with spectacular ocean views. One queen size bed, and a mezzanine level with one single bed. The unit has one bathroom and a separate sleeper room with single bed.

TAVAKE GARDEN BEACH VILLA

With ocean and garden views, our 2 bedroom villa has 2 queen size beds and 2 ensuite bathrooms and a sofabed. Ideal for two couples or a family of up to 4 persons.

Turangi Holiday Villas are our two villa complexes located on the sea side in the village of Turangi in Rarotonga and perfect for large families and groups searching for the best Rarotonga Accommodation. These villas each sleep up to 8 people, 16 max on the property.

Designed with an indoor-outdoor flow, this comfortable home away from home presents itself fully furnished with all mod-cons and a large, unfenced, shared swimming pool and entertainment area.

Our 2 Turangi Lagoon Villas are apart of our accomodation business Cook Islands Holiday Villas. Our Holiday Villas are spacious and comfortably modern, with a distinctive South Pacific island feel, featuring every possible feature and amenity to make your stay comfortable, enjoyable and memorable. We also were also awarded the 2019/20 Air NZ Tourism award in the “Business Sustainability” category, which is based on how we sustainably treat our family land, water, power and waste.

White House Apartments is located on a quiet road just 100 metres from the stunning Aroa Beach, near The Rarotongan resort. The quiet location, swimming pool and open lawn and gardens means you can enjoy a tranquil stay on the island.

We have two boutique, self-catering two-bedroom holiday apartments. Each one has two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, wifi access, free off-street parking, laundry facilities and a separate living area with flat-screen TV and DVD player.

TWO-BEDROOM VILLA 

This apartment is fully detached from the main property with a separate driveway and private terrace with barbecue facilities. It contains two bedrooms (one with queen size bed and one with two single beds), two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and a separate living room with a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. It also includes ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living area, and screens on all windows.
