Christmas in the Park will be held under the Domes at the National Auditorium this year. Gates open at 5pm, with the evening consisting of live entertainment, yummy food stalls, kids games, Santa's corner, jumpy castles and more! Don't miss out on the fireworks to end the night at 8:30pm.

There is an entry fee of $4, with under 5 years free. The theme for this year is Anime or Cosplay, so come dressed up as your favourite character. 

Let's all get together to celebrate this festive season in true Cook Islands spirit.

Each category will bring different levels of skill and technique as they vie for the title of best dancer for their age group. Among the age, group categories are the fun sections, consisting of the Golden Oldies, Expats & Visitors class that gives our elders and visiting tourists a chance to show off their talents.

This is probably one of the best ways visitors can experience an entertaining evening of high-level Cook Islands dancing. Winners are chosen on criteria such as costume, choreography, and degree of difficulty.

The event has now been renamed to The Edgewater Resort and Spa ''Te Pae Tai Nui'' Te Mire Atu, in partnership with Tauranga Vananga.

The Tropical Christmas Santa Parade is held annually to kick off the festive season just as the schools are closing off their last week for the year. A fun and joyous event for the children, families and the community! 

This year the Parade will start at 4.30pm from Terevete Park, and make its way through town in Rarotonga.
