Adventure Cook Islands is a PADI Dive Resort, SSI Dive Centre as well as an SDI and TDI Dive Resort. Our dive centre caters for highly experienced divers as well as total beginners, specialising in small groups for personalised experiences. We offer a wide range of recreational and technical diver training. From learning to dive courses to continuing education, professional-level courses and technical open circuit and rebreather training, Adventure Cook Islands offers training for every experience level and interests.

Aitutaki Day Tour

Overview

The guest's first reaction on sighting the turquoise waters of Aitutaki's lagoon is always a memorable one.

The Aitutaki Day Tour operates Mondays to Saturdays from Rarotonga, departing at 8 am and returning by 5.30 pm. Coach transfer from all hotels and resorts to Rarotonga International Airport are available for an 8 am departure to Aitutaki. The flight takes 50 minutes on our thirty four passenger Saab 340 pressurised regional airliner.

Raro Quad Tours

Raro Quad Tours offer the thrill and challenge of driving your very own quad. Rain or shine, these tours venture through muddy and rocky terrains. Guests will explore roads less traveled, see the hinterland & visit the waterfall.

Our 4WD Yamaha Quads are fully automatic and easy to drive, and our experienced guides will provide an orientation at the beginning of the tour. Our tours are approximately 2.5 hours long.

Dive Rarotonga Ltd are a safety- and sustainability-focused PADI 5* Instructor Development Centre, staffed entirely by highly qualified PADI Instructors who are also Cook Island Boat Master and RYA qualified. They provide every level of PADI training from Discover Scuba Experiences for those with no previous experience through to Instructor levels. They also provide EFR First Aid training to Instructor level.  With a three-metre-deep training pool on-site and provide guests with premium rental equipment for their Courses and trips.

Locally built and designed with island motifs, Koka has two boats: one with seating capacity for 35, and the other for 50. Both vessels have generous leg room, safe hand railing along the outside of the boat, ladder for easy access in and out of the water, life jackets, and they are also wheelchair friendly.
